Minimum: AUD 10,000 Structure: Investors contribute to a diversified Debt Fund that provides senior-secured loans across multiple ZMW Group-managed projects. Return: Fixed 7.5% annual interest, paid quarterly. Risk Mitigation: Capital is spread over 5–10+ projects, prioritizing income-generating commercial assets and development loans with strict loan-to-value ratios (<65%). Liquidity: 12-month lock-up; redemptions available thereafter subject to fund liquidity. Objective: Stable, predictable income with capital preservation.
